Designed for the world’s most challenging terrain, the Tech-Air® Off-Road is an FIM-approved airbag system specifically designed for Rally and Enduro riding. Developed in Dakar since 2017, it offers advanced CE Level 1 airbag protection for the chest, back, shoulders, collarbones and neck. Integrated with an Alpinestars Off-Road protective jacket featuring CE Level 2 passive chest protection and CE Level 1 passive protectors at the back, elbows and shoulders, the Tech-Air® Off-Road system offers high-level protection and impact resistance. With ENDURO, RALLY and STREET riding modes, it is designed for every off-road and on-road scenario.

• The dual-charge system allows two airbags to be deployed separately: only one of the two inflators is activated in each accident.
• User-replaceable gas inflators (where local laws allow).
• Completely autonomous: accelerometers and gyroscopes integrated inside the control unit: no external sensors are needed.
• 30-hour battery life, USB-C charging port on LED display; fully charged in 4 hours, recharged in 1 hour for 8 hours of use.
• Automatic activation by closing the zipper; deactivation by opening the zipper.
• The shipping mode slide switch disconnects the battery during transport or long-term storage (accessible via rear guard).
• The removable control unit and airbag allow for easy washing of the protective jacket.
• The integrated CE-certified Nucleon CELL back protector houses the Tech-Air® Off-Road system’s ECU and cylinders.
• Compatible with all Alpinestars Tech-Air® Ready jackets or any suitable motorcycle jacket.
• The ECU is sealed for all-weather use; it operates from -10°C to +50°C and is ECE R10 04 approved.
