Featuring a slim ergonomic design that offers a high level of off-road performance and comfort during dynamic movement, the RK-7 PLASMA Knee Brace has been engineered to provide superior knee support whilst remaining lightweight, breathable, comfortable and protective. This brace features a Nucleon PLASMA knee protector encased in an innovative asymmetric fibre reinforced construction for increased rigidity.

• This knee brace provides optimal structural integrity, stiffness and comfort and therefore reduces the risk of injury to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament and lateral and medial meniscus.
• The replaceable knee pads are constructed with a polyurethane outer shell supported by a PLASMA Nucleon knee protector for the optimal combination of impact protection, flexibility and scratch resistance.
• Strategically placed replaceable upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of flexion or extension angles.
• The extremely stable and compact slim design four-point hinge system perfectly follows the knee joint while the extension stops, available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, help to set the knee brace to the desired maximum opening angle.
• The stainless steel bushings of the four-point hinge system have been subjected to an antioxidant treatment.
• Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material engineered with bio-based polymers and formed with a flexible construction in all directions, while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies. Lightweight and highly ventilated, the knee protector offers strong dispersion and absorption of impact forces, while ensuring maximum coverage in all riding positions.
• The PLASMA Nucleon Knee Protector is constructed from impact-absorbing, eco-friendly, sustainable material that is USDA certified.
• The soft touch thermoformed insert ensures maximum comfort for the rider, keeping the brace firmly in place. Replaceable as a spare.
• The soft-touch thermoformed condyle insert is available in different thicknesses for a customized fit. Replaceable as a spare.
• Nucleon PLASMA incorporated into the shin insert for additional protection.
• There are X-straps with insert and backed with a non-slip material to ensure the brace stays securely in place whilst riding.
• The X-straps are profiled to avoid pinching the back of the knee when fully flexed.

• The upper and lower buckles are easily locked in the closed position by a snap-lock system.
